Context / Team
Identity & Access Management Center Of Excellence IAM CoE is part of Identity Global Products within Group CIO in AXA Group Operations. IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared IAM products for employees (IAM-Employee), AXA business users (IAM-Business), and customer users (IAM-Customer). As part of the One Identity Program, AXA has selected Saviynt in the cloud for the new Group Identity Governance and Administration platform, called LISA. LISA aims at managing any identity of the Group (internal, external, robots) and their related authorizations.
Job Purpose
IAM CoE is looking for an IAM Product Owner to:
- Manage the roadmap of LISA releases, retire legacy platform features (for example group repository and legacy AD group based authorizations) and implement new use cases (identity detachment, service account management, robot management, new privileged-user regulatory policies).
- Drive the deployment of LISA within AXA entities using the standard deployment approach defined by the One Identity program.
- Support AXA's global strategic orientations and initiatives (QoS, cloud strategy, technology and data, and global programs like One Network, One Workplace).
Responsibilities
- Act as an IAM Product Owner: scoping features, design and implementation reviews with technical teams; scope 3rd party services (SOC, PUAM, Workplace, pentest) and follow up on implementation; update design for each release.
- Maintain operational relationship with the vendor (Saviynt); define and support test plans; TOM documentation (for example RACI).
- Ensure consistency and quality of IAM delivery; review alignment between deployment objectives and integrators' delivery, including reporting and escalations.
- Coordinate with project managers on complex onboarding (e.g., SAP) and major entity integration (e.g., AXA France); identify risks and propose actions; review documentation for fit to project needs and constraints.
- Manage deviations and escalations with AXA GO / entity consumers; support IAM Quality of Service; act as escalation point for complex IAM IPC (Incident/Problem/Change) with IAM Service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational organization and procedures (monitoring, alerting); support secure operations (audit/pentest responses).
Qualifications
Technical skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven IT infrastructure and security experience in a large-scale shared-services environment.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts, solutions and services: identity management and authorizations.
- Experience with Saviynt solution.
- Familiar with networking, workplace and infrastructure domains.
- Familiar with Product Management, Project Management and Service Management practices.
Non-technical skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multicultural environment.
- Service-oriented mindset with client relationship management skills (requirements, delivery, quality of service).
- Ability to manage priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (IAM, AXA GO, entities, security) while maintaining good relationships.
- Analytical skills to support continuous improvement of products within a global shared service.
- Fluent written and spoken English; a second language is a plus.
