Hybrid Corporate Counsel, Mobility & Finance
Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility , a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, specializes in financing solutions for individuals and provides access to all mobility solutions across Europe.
It distributes, directly or through its partners, at the point of sale , and e-commerce platforms, a wide range of financing solutions – including personal loans, revolving credit, leasing, and loan consolidation – along with associated services such as insurance, split payment solutions, and mobility-focused services. Its goal is to address the challenges of the energy transition in the areas of mobility, housing, and consumption.
You will join the corporate legal team composed of 5 lawyers based in France (Massy). This position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Legal.

- • Handling CAPFM’s contract-related projects (procurement, security and IT services);
- • Supporting CAPFM's financial activities (securitisation, assignment of receivables,
- • Supporting CAPFM’s international and French strategic corporate projects
- (partnerships, joint ventures, external growth, divestment, etc.);
- • Monitoring key legal risks and litigation within CAPFM;
- • Contributing to the work of the legal business line within CAPFM by collaborating with
- legal teams across our different entities on strategic projects and harmonizing
- practices (providing standard contractual clauses, promoting best practices,
- disseminating and monitoring applicable procedures within CAPFM Group and Crédit
- • Centralizing legal risk and expenses reportings of CAPFM Group, both for Crédit
Agricole SA’s Legal Affairs Department and CAPFM’s General Management.
Level of experience : 3 - 5 years
Expérience : A significant similar experience is required, in particular if abroad. A strong knowledge of corporate transactions and contract law is essential. Experience in the automotive/mobility sector would be a significant advantage. Knowledge of competition law would also be beneficial.

- Technical skills: IT contracts / provision of services, contract law, litigation and pre-litigation
management. M&A and Partnerships and/or financial transactions (securitisation, assignment of receivables) are a plus.
- o Languages: Operational English and French (regular use)
