Detailed Job Description

As an HW 2345G RF Engineer at TSSI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining cutting‑edge wireless networks for leading telecom operators. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that enhance coverage, capacity, and user experience. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects involving Huawei equipment and emerging technologies like 5G NR, while leading technical strategies and mentoring junior engineers.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Advise on nominal planning and high‑level model tuning for GULNR projects
• Perform coverage and capacity analysis; provide planning and optimization solutions for RAN
• Lead network optimization for GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR (5G) technologies
• Conduct traffic analysis, telecom business overview, and spectrum efficiency improvements
• Manage KPI performance, identify worst‑performing cells, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and deliver high‑level CXO presentations and technical reports
• Forecast network capacity needs and ensure optimal inventory levels
• Drive new feature trials and recommend parameter adjustments for performance enhancement

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Radio Network Optimization (RNO)
• Proficient in Huawei vendor equipment; multi‑vendor knowledge is an advantage
• Strong expertise in MS Office and technical presentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Huawei’s latest spectrum efficiency and capacity improvement solutions
• Experience with NR (5G) optimization and advanced feature trials
• Knowledge of MS NPM Business Management tools
• Additional vendor experience (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia)
