HSE Advisor - Civil Engineering - Perm Contract F/M

Job Summary

HSE Advisor – responsible for implementing HSE policy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture on the STEGRA project located in Boden, Sweden. This role works closely with the Finance Department of the Marine & Overseas Division and Project Managers to monitor and control project costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policy on site and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Carry out HSE inspections and audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Train and raise awareness among staff on safety and environmental requirements.
• Participate in risk assessment and implement prevention plans.
• Draft and update HSE documentation (procedures, plans, reports).
• Ensure HSE coordination with subcontractors and the client.
• Help establish a proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE for industrial or construction projects.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and international best practices.
• Fluent in English.
• Rigorous, pedagogical and team-oriented.
• Experience in an international environment is appreciated.
