We are recruiting an **HRIS functional expert (M/F)** to manage the reporting and security framework within Workday.

The key responsibilities will be involving the design, implementation and maintenance of our Security framework, as well as developing and optimizing reporting solutions to support business needs:**1. Security management**
- Design, configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains and business processes
- Partner with HR, IT and Legal stakeholders to ensure appropriate access controls and segregation of duties
- Monitor, audit and remediate security issues to maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Lead workday security reviews during releases and new module implementations
- Document and maintain security policies, role assignments and change management processes**2. Reporting & Analytics**
- Develop, test and deploy Workday reports using advanced, matrix or composite reports (proficiency in calculated fields, multi-data sources and custom filters)
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting by developing and maintaining audit-ready reporting packages.
- Leverage Workday-delivered reports and adapt them to meet evolving business needs
- Optimize report performance, accuracy, and usability across HR and other functional landscapes
- Ensure data security and compliance within reporting outputs**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday experience with a focus on Security and Reporting.
- Aptitude and proficiency in Workday reporting tools and Workday security model
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Workday within an international organization operating in different countries.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
