HRIS Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organization's HR processes and data management needs.

• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and implement HRIS solutions
• Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems
• Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related field
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HRIS certifications (e.g., HRIP, SHRM-CP) preferred
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of French is a plus
