Sulzer France is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR activities and play an essential part in ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.
As an HR Specialist, you will be involved in employee lifecycle administration, HR compliance, recruitment, and broader HR initiatives. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management cycles, training activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure full compliance with French labor legislation and internal HR standards.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing new hire documentation.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative processes.**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power
Point).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
