HRBP France and Benelux (H/F)
The Senior HR Business Partner France & Benelux acts as a strategic and hands‑on partner to business leaders across commercial and industrial environments. The role drives the people agenda in alignment with business strategy, with a strong focus on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and transformation. This position plays a key role in supporting business growth, integration projects, and leadership capability building.
Key Missions
- Animate and lead a small HR function across the scope, ensuring strong day‑to‑day HR delivery
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, bringing a strong people and organizational perspective
- Actively support business performance, transformation, and growth
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Business Partnering
- Understand business drivers, revenue growth levers, and financial impacts of organizational decisions across various businesses
- Translate business strategy into pragmatic people and organizational solutions
- Proactively challenge and support leaders; act as a force of proposal
- Speak business‑first, beyond technical HR language
Organization Design & Change Management
- Successful partnering in new organization set ups
- Integration of Adventys into the Group
- Assess gains and risks linked to organizational changes
- Lead change initiatives through hands‑on execution
Leadership, Talent & Culture
- Address leadership development needs
- Support, coach and challenge leaders to drive engagement
- Redefine roles and ways of working when needed
- Build a small, high‑performing HR team
Employee & Labor Relations
- Manage employee relations topics in close collaboration with labor relations experts
- Progressively develop capability to handle labor relations topics, partnering with France HR Country Manager.
HR Excellence & Sustainability
- Ensure effective execution of HR processes, balancing global frameworks and local needs
- Deliver HR solutions end‑to‑end (A to Z)
- Promote sustainability initiatives on sites
What’s Needed For You To Thrive
- 4–5 years HRBP experience on a French multi‑site scope
- Pragmatic, hands‑on, execution‑focused profile
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Comfortable operating in complex/matrix and changing environments
- Background in organizations with 50+ employees
- Start‑up or scale‑up background welcomed
