HR Project Manager – EMEA
The HR Project Manager EMEA is responsible for co-designing, deploying, and facilitating the Talent and Development programs across the EMEA & Specialties division. Working closely with Business Units and the regional HR community, this role facilitates projects and initiatives that support employee growth and retention and helps embed the company’s values, culture, and diversity & inclusion priorities.
The HR Project Manager will report to the Talent Director EMEA&S.
Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of the talent policy across EMEA & Specialties.
- Along with the Talent Director support the HR and business leaders in executing Talent reviews.
Performance Management
- Lead and coordinate the annual performance review cycle (PMGM) across EMEA ensuring consistency, quality, and timely completion of performance reviews.
- Analyse performance dashboards and propose action plans to improve the effectiveness and quality of performance reviews.
Employee Development and Retention
- Support the deployment of Bouygues and Colas development programs in partnership with HR colleagues in countries, ensuring effective prioritisation and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to learning needs assessments and design programmes to strengthen employee capabilities.
- Facilitate and/or coordinate development programmes fostering engagement, retention, and leadership growth.
Culture, Engagement & Inclusion
- Contribute to initiatives that promote company values and culture.
- Participate in the design and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
- Support employee engagement surveys, analysis, and action planning in collaboration with HR leaders.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- In collaboration with EMEA Data Analyst develop and maintain dashboards to track Talent & Development effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on talent and learning KPIs, identifying areas for optimisation.
- Propose recommendations to improve processes, tools, and programmes.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with Group standards while adapting to local needs.
- Provide data‑driven insights to support HR and business decision‑making.
Profile
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR project management or Learning & Development roles within an international environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across culturally diverse teams.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a matrix and multi‑country environment.
- Experience facilitating sessions; familiarity with digital learning platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS/learning systems is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is essential; additional languages are a plus.
