Euroports France is looking for its future HR & Payroll Manager to support the Port-la-Nouvelle site in its people, social, and operational challenges.
Reporting to the Managing Director France, the HR & Payroll Manager oversees all HR, payroll, and personnel administration activities for the site.
He/she ensures social/legal compliance, payroll accuracy, and the quality of HR processes. The role contributes to the implementation of the local HR policy in alignment with Group standards and supports the rollout of Group HR initiatives at site level.
He/she acts as both a strategic Business Partner and a hands‑on, on‑site HR presence, working closely with managers and employees.
Your Responsibilities
- You will oversee all HR, payroll, and personnel administration activities for the site, working closely with Management and in line with Group standards:
- Supervision of payroll and personnel administration (employee lifecycle, time management, absences, onboarding/offboarding, etc.)
- HR and labor law advisory support to Management and line managers (employment law, individual cases, disciplinary matters, employee relations, etc.)
- HR reporting and continuous process improvement
- Local deployment of Group HR initiatives (people strategy, HRIS, learning & development, reporting, etc.) and change management
- Management of port‑specific schemes (Paid Leave Fund, UNIM maritime social security scheme, hardship/painfulness regulations)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong payroll and personnel administration focus
- Solid knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
- Experience contributing to and supporting Group‑level HR projects and initiatives, with the ability to translate Group standards into effective local implementation
- Business Partner mindset with strong operational presence: pragmatic, autonomous, hands‑on
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
