HR Partner (12 Months FTC)

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of French employment laws and policies
• High proficiency in both written and spoken French and English (CEFR, C1)
• Strong HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
• (Desirable) Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners on a 12 months contract
• Operating autonomously and delivering high judgement advice, HRPs help to enable an exceptional customer and employee experience, as we strive to be Earth’s Best Employer
• Amazon HRPs actively collaborate with business and HR stakeholders, including:
• HRBP’s who are focused on delivering the HR strategy for the lines of business they support
• Centers of excellence, including MyHR (who owns HR administration), Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition
• Our HRPs have strong knowledge of their country’s employment labour law, are skilled in consulting on Amazon policy and build trust by providing high judgement guidance on people related topics
• This role is performed through a customer relationship management tool, which enables this team to be uniquely positioned to identify trending issues and themes through data and inform consequent decisions and initiatives
• The HRP team’s role is also to standardise best practises across Europe, due to our extensive insights across business lines within corporate side of Ops business
• Providing guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives
• Performance improvement processes, both informal and formal
• Complex and sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills
• Supporting Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans
