The Amazon Junior Consultant Position
As an Amazon Junior Consultant , you’ll play a key supporting role in helping our clients grow on Amazon. You will contribute to strategic thinking alongside Senior Consultants and help execute performance plans across key levers: advertising, content, pricing, and operations. You’ll also be deeply involved in leveraging our in-house platform to drive execution and continuous improvement.
Your main missions will be:
Supporting Client Performance
- Use the OmnyAI platform along with Seller and Vendor Central back offices to track and analyze performance across sales, advertising, and content.
- Participate in monthly business reviews and client check-ins, providing input and preparing supporting data and analyses.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to help identify growth opportunities or resolve issues, under the supervision of Senior team members.
- With the help of our offshore Support team, contribute to the execution of strategies defined with the Senior Consultants, including implementing product listing optimizations, content updates, pricing changes, or campaign launches.
- Liaise with the tech and product teams to flag bugs, suggest improvements, and share client feedback to help enhance the platform.
Activating and Optimizing Amazon Advertising
- Set up and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) using our in-house automation platform.
- Support the execution of high-impact strategies during key moments like Prime Day, Black Friday, or seasonal launches.
- Review the platform’s automated decisions to ensure relevance and performance, escalating if needed to a senior.
- Help manage Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives on creatives and targeting.
- Deliver reporting and insights for internal teams and client-facing meetings.
Contributing to Client Satisfaction
- Ensure high operational quality across your assigned tasks to support positive client outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Consultants to respond to client needs and maintain high standards of delivery.
Contribute to internal initiatives to improve our processes, methodologies, and platform usage.
Profile
- 1–3 years of experience (including internships) in e-commerce, performance marketing, or consulting; Amazon experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong academic background from a business or engineering school (Master’s level).
- Analytical, detail-oriented , and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a tech-driven team.
- Based in Île-de-France (office in Levallois-Perret), with up to 2 days/week remote work possible.
