About the role
We’re looking for a hands‑on and people‑first HR Operations & Project Officer to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
Directly reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you’ll sit at the crossroads of HR, admin, and workplace culture.
Missions
- Run daily HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, contracts, HRIS updates, and employee lifecycle.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Actively participate in HR projects (talent management, annual review campaign, career frame & salary grid, mood survey).
- Organize internal events and contribute to company culture.
- Act as a go‑to person for employees on HR and culture related topics.
- Own office management, facilities and workplace experience (Come & Work operated offices).
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR operations, office management, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a service mindset.
- Comfortable with HRIS and Excel.
- Fluent in French and English.
