HR Generalist (Apprentice)

Join Genesys France as an HR Apprentice and play a crucial role supporting the HR Manager France in various HR and labor relations tasks. You will gain exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, contribute to HR processes, and have growth opportunities throughout the apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do

• Support the onboarding process of new employees, including arranging necessary documents and participating in local induction programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employees with HR‑related queries.
• Assist with HR administration: maintain personnel records, process changes, create offer letters, employment agreements, benefit registration.
• Coordinate and organize HR workshops and events.
• Contribute to employee well‑being and team‑building initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR systems, run reports.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and HR‑related tasks for the EMEA region.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently in your 4th or 5th year of a Master's degree in human resources or labor law.
• Fluent in French and English (level C1).
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and progress.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and analytical mindset.
