About the role

An exciting opportunity awaits you to join the dynamic team at our La Marzocco France branch.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Home range , aimed at private customers.

This role is key to driving B2C sales growth and building an engaged community for the Home range at La Marzocco France.

Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the Sales Coordinator supports customers throughout the entire journey—from consultation to conversion and retention—while actively contributing to commercial performance.

The role involves coordinating sales activities and delivering brand experiences (events, demonstrations, immersive initiatives), working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.

Based in Paris and reporting directly to the General Manager, this dynamic position requires frequent travel and plays a central role in supporting and growing the business.

Key responsibilities

• Advising and selling to B2C customers
• Organising and preparing meetings with prospects
• Contributing to the achievement of sales targetsPresenting new products
• Participating in trade shows and events
• Delivering product training
• Overseeing the activities of the Paris showroom
• Analyzing data and market trends
• Managing sales and processing online orders
• Managing the e‑shop in coordination with the admin/back‑office team
• Supporting existing customers in coordination with the after‑sales team
• Developing content and communication in coordination with the marketing team
• Continuously improving and optimizing internal processes in coordination with management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A passion for coffee
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to travel
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Analytical skills
• Fluency in French and a very good level of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
