We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Home range , aimed at private customers.
This role is key to driving B2C sales growth and building an engaged community for the Home range at La Marzocco France.
Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the Sales Coordinator supports customers throughout the entire journey—from consultation to conversion and retention—while actively contributing to commercial performance.
The role involves coordinating sales activities and delivering brand experiences (events, demonstrations, immersive initiatives), working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and after‑sales teams to ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.
Based in Paris and reporting directly to the General Manager, this dynamic position requires frequent travel and plays a central role in supporting and growing the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Advising and selling to B2C customers
- Organizing and preparing meetings with prospects
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Presenting new products
- Participating in trade shows and events
- Delivering product training
- Overseeing the activities of the Paris showroom
- Analyzing data and market trends
- Managing sales and processing online orders
- Managing the e‑shop in coordination with the admin/back‑office team
- Supporting existing customers in coordination with the after‑sales team
- Developing content and communication in coordination with the marketing team
- Continuously improving and optimizing internal processes in coordination with management
