Why is this role being opened ?

This fast-growing SaaS scale-up is launching a new Enterprise business unit — a strategic growth lever for the coming years. Based in Paris with an international focus, this team will drive expansion through major accounts and key strategic markets.

The company is looking for a Head of Sales Enterprise able to set a strategic vision , build and execute a plan , and lead a high-performing team aligned with the company’s goals.

What’s expected from this role?

  • Sales Strategy
  • Define the Enterprise target (large corporates, mid-market, listed companies).
  • Build the right go-to-market motion (Account-by-Account / ABM).
  • Set clear revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Recruit, coach, and ramp up experienced Account Executives.
  • Foster a culture of performance and predictable forecasting.
  • Act as a sponsor with C-level prospects and clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build partnerships with consulting firms and integrators.
  • Internal Alignment
  • Share market insights with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Provide the board with clear and actionable business reporting.
  • Prepare the team for international scaling .

What’s expected within the first 6 months?

  • Early Enterprise Wins: close first strategic deals from the existing pipeline.
  • Sales Discipline & Forecast Accuracy: implement MEDDIC-based rigor and predictability.

Team Enablement: strengthen AEs’ ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in closing large, complex Enterprise SaaS deals (€100k–€1M+).
  • Experience managing and coaching Enterprise AEs in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong methodology knowledge: MEDDIC, Challenger, Account-Based Selling .
  • Ability to sell to C-level executives (CFO, CIO, CLO, etc.).
  • Excellent forecasting discipline and pipeline accuracy.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution .
  • SaaS / scale-up background with long and complex deal cycles .

Nice to have:

  • International experience (US or EMEA).
  • Active network of Enterprise buyers.
  • Experience building partnerships with consulting or integration partners.
  • Background in LegalTech, FinTech, or Planning SaaS .
  • Bilingual English/French (German or Spanish is a plus).
