Head of Product Sales Europe (m/f/d)
We are seeking we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Product Sales for Europe . This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies across Europe — one of the world’s most advanced, competitive and economically significant markets for industrial printing systems, consumables and related solutions. Europe’s printing and industrial technology sectors represent a substantial share of global activity, with concentrated demand for innovation, digital workflows and high-value B2B solutions.
This senior role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships in Europe and leading a high-performance sales organization. The ideal candidate will combine market expertise in printing technology with commercial leadership, and a proven track record in driving complex B2B technical solution sales across European markets. The role can be located anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities
Europe Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a cohesive sales strategy across offset printing systems, consumables and equipment for the European region.
- Align regional sales approaches with ECO3’s broader business goals and the global commercial strategy.
- Adapt go-to-market models to reflect local market nuances and customer buying behaviors across Europe.
Regional Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, inspire and develop the European sales organization including regional sales leaders, key account managers, product sales specialists and indirect channel partners.
- Build a performance culture with clear KPIs, CRM discipline, coaching and accountability.
- Acquire new customers and/or retain existing customers
Customer & Market Leadership
- Own relationships with strategic and enterprise accounts across Europe.
- Support major negotiations, contract structuring and long-term commercial planning with key customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve market penetration.
Product & Commercial Alignment
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Software and R&D to ensure product roadmaps reflect customer requirements and commercial priorities.
- Ensure that sales strategies reflect product capabilities, pricing structures, and value propositions tailored to each segment (Newspapers, Commercial, Packaging).
- Strengthen and optimize the regional sales network — both direct and indirect channels — to accelerate growth.
- Evaluate and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances and channel agreements to expand market access and drive revenue.
Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics
- Support the sales forecasting process for the European region and ensure consistent performance tracking and reporting.
- Leverage CRM (e.g., Salesforce/"e-connect") and sales enablement tools to strengthen transparency, efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Growth & Profitability
- Identify new growth opportunities including geographic expansion, cross- and upselling opportunities, and value-added digital solutions.
- Drive pricing strategy, margin optimization, and initiatives that enhance profitability across product segments.
Qualifications required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in selling b2b customer solutions (consumables and equipment), ideally within the printing systems or industrial technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of the European market, customer requirements and competitive landscape for industrial printing and related technologies.
- Technical and market knowledge of offset printing systems, along with workflow/production software solutions would be an asset.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets and scaling commercial operations in competitive (sunset) environments.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and development capabilities as well as strong team mindset
- Excellent financial acumen, negotiation skills and analytic problem-solving.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
