Purpose And Missions
The Head of Business Analysis will lead the Business Analysis function within our B2B food company, ensuring that commercial, operational, and digital initiatives are driven by strong data insights and aligned with business objectives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve processes, and guide cross-functional teams toward data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the business analysis strategy to align with company goals.
- Oversee the collection, interpretation, and presentation of business insights and reporting to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Supervise the data integration from newly acquired companies into Solina Group tools, including gross and net sales, volumes, customer, etc.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing central team of business analysts.
Drive a Culture Of Data-driven Decision Making
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making by animating a community of business analysts across the group.
- Ensure business analysis best practices, methodologies, and frameworks are effectively implemented and used to drive growth, optimise pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and sales performance.
- Provide user support during the sales budget planning period.
CFO business intelligence support
- Support our CFO on any ad-hoc business analysis as and when required, including specific analyses for shareholders, competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities, etc.
Profile
- You are fluent in English
- You have a Master’s degree in Management, Finance or Business Intelligence.
- Proven experience (8-10+ years) in a senior business analysis role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Prior experience in B2B food, ingredients, or FMCG industries preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic insights and business improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
