Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic sales and partnerships professional to drive growth in the digital media space. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in high-value deal-making and experience working with global clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital media sales, performance marketing, or strategic partnerships, preferably with international exposure.
  • Expertise in leading advertising platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to close significant commercial deals, including multi-million-dollar agreements, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with affiliates, agencies, direct advertisers, and major brands worldwide.
  • Skilled negotiator, capable of engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Leadership experience: mentoring, managing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, financial literacy, and ability to interpret market trends to inform strategy.
  • Flexible to travel for business development, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Understanding of industry compliance standards and advertising regulations.
