Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, welcoming, professional hosting experience per EMEA standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions when appropriate.
- Recognize VIPs and returning visitors; ensure tailored service delivery.
- Handle complaints or service recovery situations professionally and escape when required.
- Guide guests through visitor management sign‑in process using dedicated tools.
- Contact hosts in a timely manner.
- Keep guests informed and reassured of collection times.
- Maintain show‑ready reception desk.
- Maintain clean, clear waiting areas per SLAs.
- Organize and maintain cloakroom and back office.
- Monitor adherence to building access protocols, issue temporary badges and manage access permissions.
- Support emergency procedures (evacuation guidance, incident reporting).
- Receive and notify the Mail Center and relevant stakeholders of incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide operational support to Mail Center activities during peak times.
- Log incoming mail and packages in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Handle Guest Services tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
- Monitor and log deliveries, badge issuance/returns, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Service Standards
- Adhere to REWS EMEA professional attire standards at all times.
- Comply with the client Corporate Security and Safety policies.
- Foster a welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive environment for all guests.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting stretch assignments, including administrative tasks, reception engagement initiatives, and Meetings & Events support.
Skills And Experience
- 3 years of experience at a reception or in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Client Focus & Relationship Management.
- Goal‑oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
- Ability to multitask and implacable attention to details.
