Job Description
From day one, you’ll be coached by our Head of Lead Gen who will support your growth and help you ramp up quickly. You’ll also be part of a real lead generation squad, working closely with two other Lead Gen to build and scale our prospecting machine together.
What you’ll Do
- Work daily with AEs to sharpen targeting, sources, and personas
- Build high-quality lead lists using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and intent-based or ABM strategies
- Build and run automated campaigns based on intent signals
- Set up workflows for lead capture, qualification, and handoff to the right teams
- Run outbound campaigns and automation for AEs
- Experiment with tools like lemlist, n8n (or Make/Zapier), and AI to eliminate repetitive work
- Continuously improve the lead gen engine from detection to conversion
- Document and structure acquisition processes as we build them
What you’ll Learn

About you
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable with digital tools
- You love to test, automate, and iterate quickly
- Understanding of B2B, sales cycles, and digital marketing
- Comfortable working with data (Sheets/Excel, no-code tools, CRM, maybe even SQL)
- Background in Growth or GTM (an internship is enough)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Bonus: familiarity with scraping, APIs, enrichment logic, or AI tools
- You’re fluent in French and English
