Role

We’re hiring a Senior Outbound Growth Operations profile to build and run our outbound sales machine, from lead generation to booked discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation strategy and roadmap:
    • Define what we build next, why it matters, and how we measure it.
    • Translate GTM needs into concrete initiatives, prioritize and own execution.
  • Lead gen database & tech stack:
    • Co‑own the data lake (Snowflake) and operations for company & contact data: definitions, required fields, formatting rules, dedupe logic, documentation and monitoring.
    • Evaluate, select, and implement enrichment tools. Define enrichment rules, monitor coverage and accuracy, and implement improvements.
    • Own part of the prospection tech stack (SQL, low‑code & AI) and its integrations with Salesforce, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.
  • Outbound prospection operations:
    • Help sales teams execute outbound prospecting strategy by building processes and coordinating campaigns.
    • Define guidelines and drive adoption of prospection tools.
  • Prospection efficiency tracking & feedback loop:
    • Build dashboards and analyses that show funnel conversion rates, latency, sequence performance, data quality and health metrics.
    • Use insights to identify bottlenecks and propose experiments that increase discovery conversion.
    • Build a structured feedback loop with sales leads, collecting qualitative signals and translating them into initiatives.
  • First‑month ownership examples (selected):
    • Generate leads for a new segment or new countries using the consolidated lead database and enrichment tools.
    • Refresh CRM data at scale for data points such as number of employees and LinkedIn scrapped data.
    • Improve the contact enrichment engine and establish a feedback loop with sales.
    • Implement a sequence‑management process in Outreach / Lemlist to ensure campaigns perform well and are adopted.
    • Create an operational reporting view showing contact journey and deep‑dive conversion issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound growth operations or sales operations in a B2B tech environment.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Solid SQL skills and database management.
  • Experience working with AI LLMs, building and optimizing prompts, integrating AI steps in workflows.
  • Automation and low‑code workflow expertise (Zapier or similar).
  • Strong CRM fundamentals; Salesforce administration preferred.
  • Experience with outbound tools such as Outreach or Lemlist.
  • Reporting and analytics – define metrics, build dashboards and explain insights.
