We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a key partner to our Commercial and Regional leadership. In this role, you will drive profitable growth, manage financial risk, and provide strategic insight for complex deal structures. You will operate independently to influence business outcomes, improve operational processes, and ensure strict financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring: Lead financial validation for complex projects (consortiums, project financing, frame agreements) and negotiate terms that optimize margins and cash flow.
- Operating Rhythms: Oversee regional forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting (Orders, margins, convertibility).
- Risk Management: Perform customer credit assessments and manage Trade Finance instruments (bonds/guarantees) to mitigate exposure.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to support business growth and improve Working Capital.
- Leadership & Influence: Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, translate complex financial concepts into actionable strategy, and influence policy formulation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6+ years of experience in Finance/Commercial Finance management, preferably in an industrial/project-based environment.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Strong commitment to compliance and internal controls.
