Regional Finance Manager - Western Europe

€80,000 to €90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnering with a global, project-led engineering, construction and manufacturing business looking for a commercially minded Regional Finance Manager to support its Western European operations.

This is a highly visible role, partnering directly with the Regional Managing Director and regional leadership team, with a dotted line into the Group CFO. If you enjoy fast-paced, project-based environments where finance genuinely influences commercial decisions, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Role

• Lead financial performance across multiple Western European countries.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve project profitability, margins and business performance.
• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and regional reporting.
• Support major investment decisions, cashflow and working capital.
• Lead audit, compliance and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive process improvement, systems development and financial best practice.
• Take direct ownership of one of the region's largest countries alongside the wider regional remit.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial services or another project-based business.
• Strong commercial finance and FP&A experience.
• Multi-country or European finance experience.
• A confident business partner who enjoys working with operational stakeholders.
• Fluent English, with French or German highly desirable.
