Your Role
In this position, you will join the Global Sales Upskilling Team that belongs to the Global Business Development Team, within the Offers & Solutions direction. Sales Upskilling is our CEVA internal training organization dedicated to our entire Business Development community composed of over 2000 salespeople across 5 regions.
What are you going to do?
- Design, manage and deploy global sales training programs across regions and roles, including hard skills, soft skills, product and process trainings.
- Lead live trainings, support virtual and classroom sessions as a facilitator, ensuring a high‑quality learner experience.
- Own the development, adaptation and maintenance of e‑learning content, learning materials and assessments in MyLearning, ensuring content consistency, relevance and regular updates in collaboration with product, sales excellence and subject matter experts.
- Contribute to the global training plan, manage deployment timelines and coordinate registration, reporting and follow‑up processes.
- Monitor participation, feedback and learning effectiveness, proposing improvements and new initiatives.
- Design and continuously improve global sales onboarding journeys to accelerate time‑to‑performance for new sales colleagues.
- Support competence assessments and certification initiatives where applicable.
- Actively contribute to AI‑based training development (e.g., AI pitch tools, Synthesia snack video learning, micro‑learning formats on Rise Articulate).
- Pilot new learning approaches and formats to increase engagement and business impact.
- Work closely with regional upskilling teams, sales excellence, HR/L&D and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Animate the global sales learning community and contribute to knowledge sharing and best‑practice exchange.
What we are looking for?
- 5 years of higher education.
- More than 10 years of work experience in HR, consultative company, marketing, product management or education or a startup.
- Interest in developing people and helping them grow within their jobs.
- Experience in a training department or training organization, demonstrating autonomy, rigor and reactivity.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital learning tools.
- Understanding of selling services and ability to explain value.
- Autonomous, self‑learning, quick to absorb new content and business vocabularies.
- Good communicator, able to work efficiently remotely (Teams).
