NEW - Global PreSales Director – Leading B2B SaaS Scale-up / mission‑critical solution
We are currently supporting a leading French SaaS scale‑up (VC‑backed, EBITDA+, double‑digit growth, active M&A strategy) on a key executive hire.
Following a phase of expansion and several strategic acquisitions, the group is now shifting from a multi‑product approach to a unified global platform.
As the Global PreSales Director , you will be the architect of this "platformization" journey.
This is a 2nd‑line management role (N‑2 from the CEO)
Mission
Directly managing 3 front‑line managers and a global team of 20+, your objective is to transform the PreSales function into a strategic engine of growth.
- Lead the platformization journey: Harmonize PreSales processes to transition from siloed products to a unified global offering.
- M&A Integration: Successfully integrate new acquisitions into the global PreSales ecosystem over the next 24 months.
- Scale the organization: Design the methodologies, tools, and cross‑selling mechanics to support a team projected to double in size within 18 months.
- GTM & market positioning: Act as a strategic partner in defining the Go‑To‑Market strategy and sharpening the offer's positioning, with a specific focus on the French market.
- Product influence: Serve as the bridge between market reality and the product roadmap, ensuring customer needs drive innovation (including AI integration).
Profile
- Executive leadership: 10+ years of experience in PreSales leadership
- Scale‑up DNA: experience operating within high‑growth environments or navigating complex M&A integrations.
- Strategic vision: Ability to transcend feature‑selling in favor of a platform vision , with a deep understanding of "mission‑critical" business stakes.
- Organizational design: Proven success in professionalizing PreSales departments and implementing the methodologies required to sustain hyper‑growth.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory
