Within the PR & Influence team

Reporting to the Global PR Director , you hold a central and strategic position within the PR & Influence team. You will contribute to defining and structuring the Maison’s PR vision, ensuring its consistency internationally, and orchestrating communications between teams and leadership across France and all key markets (EMEA, US, China, Korea, Japan ).

1. Global PR & Influence structuring

• Define and formalize PR & Influence guidelines and strategies at an international level
• Translate the global PR vision into clear and inspiring directives for local and regional teams
• Ensure the consistency and excellence of the Maison’s image across all communications and PR initiatives
• Drive the strategic priorities and key projects of the PR team across all markets

2. Strategic partner to the Global PR Director

• Participate in meetings, projects, and strategic decisions alongside the Global PR Director
• Prepare and synthesize information and documents to support decision‑making
• Contribute to the definition and prioritization of high‑value PR initiatives

3. Transversal reference & internal coordination

• Serve as the primary point of reference for the PR team for both headquarters and regional teams
• Centralize and orchestrate requests, projects, and initiatives involving the PR function
• Facilitate coordination between the Global PR Director, local teams, and other departments (Image, Branding, Design, Retail…)

4. Performance analysis & KPIs

• Track key PR KPIs: quality and volume of press coverage, editorial consistency, reach and visibility of publications, earned media value (EMV), influencer activations, and more
• Produce analyses and insights to inform strategic decisions and adjust team priorities
• Contribute to the harmonization of reporting methods and performance analysis across markets

Our expectations

• First experience (including internships) in Public Relations, Influence, or Communications, preferably within the global team of a fashion or luxury Maison
• Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong sensitivity to fashion and luxury, with a nuanced understanding of brand image and positioning
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Rigorous, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in office tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office); experience with reporting tools or media databases is a plus
