Responsibilities

• Lead a transversal workstream.
• Develop the workstream action plan through supplier visits and reporting, packaging testing plan elaboration and follow‑up, and impact assessment.
• Lead Packaging Development Project: support development on cross‑brands projects, develop the package using technical support groups to achieve design, quality, cost objectives, functionality, and manufacturability, and report regularly on status of development issues.
• Support Brand Packaging Development: assist the manager in providing a complete project feasibility, utilise computer technology, develop preliminary outlines, initiate and evaluate package test results, request preliminary costs and compare to feasibility, initiate artwork requests and proofread final art, submit packages to testing, establish component and colour standards and insure proper distribution.

Qualifications

• Student from an engineering school, specialising in packaging, materials or industrial engineering.
• First 6‑month experience on project development in a large group or industry. Experience in R&D is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and French is a must.
