Global copywriter partner (Paris or London)
Global Copywriter Partner
We are seeking a high-impact Global Copywriter Partner to serve as the voice of Malt’s premium Enterprise value proposition and AI-first positioning. This senior production role bridges complex strategic insights and high-converting content, producing high-end influence at a global scale.
You will be responsible for defining the narrative standards for our most critical touch points—high‑stakes emails and ad campaigns, internal strategic memos, website copies, and client‑facing newsletters. Keep the voice bold, sharp, influential, and data‑backed to establish instant trust with C‑suite executives, tech and procurement leaders across Europe and beyond.
This role is ideal for a master of formats who can pivot from a punchy LinkedIn ad to a deep‑dive internal insight report, ensuring the Malt Voice remains elite, consistent, and human‑led in an AI‑driven landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Copywriting: Lead creation of high‑value conversion assets, including Enterprise‑targeted ad campaigns, core website value propositions, and the flagship client newsletter. Ensure every word aligns with our influence engine vision.
- Strategic Internal Insights: Partner with the Head of Content and data team to transform internal data into strategic insights, drafting internal memos, sales playbooks, and state‑of‑the‑market updates.
- Narrative Strategy: Define the strategy of the copy, designing narrative flow for landing pages and lead‑gen sequences, building long‑term brand authority.
- AI Copy‑Engine: Act as prompt engineer for content, building and maintaining AI‑writing frameworks and narrative guidelines that enable teams to leverage AI while staying 100% on‑brand.
- SEO/GEO: Work with SEO/GEO expert to produce pillar pages and SEO‑optimised content that anchors Malt’s search authority on high‑value Enterprise and AI/tech queries.
About You
- Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in high‑level copywriting, content, or editorial strategy, ideally with a mix of B2B Enterprise and brand‑led storytelling within tech or hiring.
- Proven ability to switch between short‑form conversion copy (ads/web) and long‑form strategic analysis (internal insights/reports).
- Understanding of workforce transformation, AI‑tech, and freelancing; able to make complex corporate and tech topics engaging and visionary.
- Already using AI tools to accelerate and upgrade content production.
- Write to drive specific business outcomes (leads, trust, or internal alignment) rather than merely filling a page.
- Strong stakeholder management, capable of handling requests from any team.
- Native‑level English required; proficiency in French or another major European language an asset.
