A global top-tier manufacturing group is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Director to lead a major upcoming ownership and organizational transformation for a business unit of 50,000+ employees across 60 locations worldwide.

This is a high-impact, strategic role suited for a proven C&B leader ready to build, shape, and elevate a global function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will drive a full Compensation & Benefits transformation as the business unit evolves toward greater independence:

• Lead a complete transformation of the global C&B function.
• Define, design, and implement a comprehensive global C&B strategy for the business group.
• Build, structure, and develop a high-performing international C&B team.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and governance across all regions.
• Oversee International Mobility, ensuring competitive and compliant mobility frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced global C&B leader who brings:

• A strong international track record in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within manufacturing environment.
• Expertise across the full C&B spectrum: governance, LTI plans, STI programs, mobility, benchmarking, and preparation for C&B/Remuneration Committees.
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
