Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to French‑speaking customers, managing inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently.
• Oversee the car rental process including vehicle handover, returns, and resolving any customer concerns.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and standards.
• Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
