Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities while utilizing analytical skills to determine outcomes
• Review and analyze documentation and data to identify patterns or anomalies that may indicate fraud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies
• Engage with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on investigations
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, actions taken, and suggestions for future prevention measures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in fraud prevention and detection to enhance investigative methods

Requirements

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly regarded
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple investigations simultaneously
• A proactive and ethical approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered
