As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting French‑speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring that their experience is both smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to French‑speaking clients by assisting them with reservations and general inquiries
• Manage the complete rental process, including vehicle pick‑ups, returns, and associated documentation
• Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and clearly explain the rental agreements to clients
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with customer requirements
• Stay informed about the fleet and promotional offers to provide valuable insights to customers

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of English is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer service or within the car rental industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Ability to multitask and handle challenges in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with rental software and computer systems is a plus
• Willing to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience
