Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional support to French-speaking customers of the online bank via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools

Requirements

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
