About the Role

Join an international customer support project and help French-speaking customers with their daily needs related to products, services, and orders.

You will be part of a multicultural team delivering high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What you'll do

Provide support via phone, email, and chat

Assist with product, service, and order inquiries

Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions

Ensure customer satisfaction

Follow KPIs and service quality standards

Requirements

French: C1–C2 (native level)

English: B2

No previous experience required (customer service experience is a plus)

NO VISA OR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED

Mandatory requirement: EU passport OR valid work permit for Greece

Willingness to relocate to Greece
