Who You Are

The France Sales Manager (West EU) is responsible for achieving our commercial goals in France by building up the NSC operation. The role requires building a local dealership landscape, understanding local laws and the automotive market, negotiating business proposals, facilitating dealer‑network onboarding, building the brand and providing the necessary tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build together with the West EU region and GAC Europe.
  • Collect market information in target regions and prepare market business plans and analysis reports.
  • Achieve annual invoicing and retail sales targets in France.
  • Manage dealer operations and evaluate the implementation of business policies within France, monitor KPIs of the assigned dealer network and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance on daily operational issues, challenges and opportunities.
  • Steer brand marketing and promotional activities in France.
  • Develop and follow up on key accounts.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the commercial area at an NSC or OEM headquarters.
  • Experience within the automotive industry or mobility services.
  • Educational background in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • Customer‑oriented and results‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time‑management skills.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Experience in fleet and B2B.
  • Excellent English and French language skills; Chinese is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
