You will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The Network Manager of West EU is responsible for implementing the sales and distribution strategy in the West EU. Another crucial part of this pivotal role is setting up a professional retail network with external partners (distributors, dealers, etc.). As a member of the West EU Team, you will report directly to the West EU regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective retail network strategy in the West market, ensuring the GAC brand launches professionally and offers excellent service to future customers.
• Develop and implement a successful sales strategy and cover all fundamentals and basics of sales operations.
• Realise wholesale and retail sales targets and grow market share.
• Present KPI dashboards, perform competitor benchmarks and deliver market insights.
• Cooperate closely with regional Marketing & Communications, Fleet Sales & Remarketing, and Customer Service colleagues.
• Complete other tasks arranged by the company.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of sales and network development experience in the France, Dutch, Belgian and/or Luxembourg automotive industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (business negotiations, report writing, aligning with headquarters); mastery of French is a plus.
• Ideally experienced in building a brand or company from 0‑1.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self‑starting and hands‑on attitude.
• Flexible regarding frequent business travels in the West region.
