Founding UX/UI Designer - Consumer App

Responsibilities

• Define and elevate the design vision across all user touchpoints, blending beauty, clarity, and emotion.
• Partner with the CTPO , developers, and our branding agency to build a seamless and coherent design language.
• Rebuild and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and visual harmony.
• Rethink the end-to-end user journey (onboarding, messaging, social interactions), crafting experiences that feel intuitive and human.
• Lead user research and testing , transforming insights into design improvements.
• Work closely with engineers to deliver smooth handoffs and pixel-perfect implementations (Flutter-based stack).
• Contribute to the product roadmap , bringing your UX perspective to strategic discussions and product decisions.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in UX/UI design in consumer mobile apps .
• Deep understanding of user behavior, information hierarchy, and interaction design .
• Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, variables, tokens).
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
• Analytical mindset, able to turn data and insights into actionable design decisions.
• Motion design, micro-interactions and A/B testing experience.
