We are a team of 31 today and will grow to 45 by the end of 2026. This means the work you do in your first year will define the DNA of the company as we scale.

The Role
You'll be Bonx's first Sales Development Representative for the UK & Nordics markets. You'll report to Fabien, Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer the UK & Nordics pipeline from scratch using cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Engage C‑level decision‑makers (CEOs, COOs) within the manufacturing industry.
- Deliver high‑quality meetings to AEs through seamless collaboration and hand‑offs.
- Refine our market strategy by sharing real‑time field insights on our pitch and tools.
- Own our CRM data integrity to build the best ERP market intelligence available.
- Define the sales standard as our very first dedicated SDR for these regions.
Qualifications
- English native – non‑negotiable.
- 6+ months experience as an SDR, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Driven, coachable and ambitious.
- High‑velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.
- Competitive background in sports or music with proven discipline and commitment.
- Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early‑stage startup.
