We are a team of 31 today and will grow to 45 by the end of 2026. This means the work you do in your first year will define the DNA of the company as we scale.

The role

You'll be shaping and scaling the Italian market from the ground up. You'll report to Edouard, Founding Operations Manager and work alongside the founding team Alexandre & Rémi.

What You Will Own

• Own end‑to‑end customer deployments by leading ambitious rollouts technically and operationally in under 6 months.
• Master platform configuration by building workflows, data models, and integrations with surgical precision.
• Ship product features and fixes using agentic coding tools to bridge gaps and multiply your impact.
• Drive Italian pre‑sales strategy by leading technical demos and scoping for our most strategic prospects.
• Architect a scalable deployment machine by documenting and systematizing processes to 10x our team's capacity.
• Bridge the gap between Sales and Product to ensure what we sell is delivered with excellence.

About you

• Native or highly fluent in Italian – non‑negotiable.
• Proven track record (3–6 years) in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or software development with a history of shipping high‑quality work.
• AI‑native builder using AI tools and hands‑on experience building agents (n8n, LangChain, or similar).
• Customer‑facing veteran comfortable managing stakeholders on‑site, handling pushback, and maintaining strong relationships under pressure.
• Product‑first mindset who builds with scalability in mind, focusing on long‑term architecture rather than just closing tickets.
• Based or willing to relocate in Paris with a genuine excitement for frequent travel to customer sites across Italy.
