Job Overview

We’re hiring 2 founding Account Executive to help us support our rapid growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join us early and play a key role in building the sales engine from the ground up.

The GTM team is currently fairly small (3 people), and we’re ramping up fast.

We have solid pipeline to manage and a clear product–market fit.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, closing mid-market deals with global founders and revenue leaders.

Your role will go beyond closing deals you’ll help shape the future of sales at Topo and play a key part in building the team over the next year.

Role Breakdown

  • Lead full-cycle sales: demo, and close mid-market deals (ACV: $20K–$40K) within short sales cycles (~30-45 days).
  • Engage directly with founders and revenue executives across the globe to uncover challenges and position Topo as the solution.
  • Own and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue growth (Being able to handle days filled with back-to-back demos).
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to define and refine our sales playbook.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to continuously enhance the customer experience (as we are the first user of our product).
  • Help hire, onboard, and coach future sales team members as we scale rapidly.

Profile Requirements

Experience

  • Proven track record of success with 5+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech as a top performer.
  • Experience managing and closing mid-market pipelines with global stakeholders.

Sales Expertise & Industry Knowledge

  • Comfortable selling to founders and revenue leaders; bonus points if you’ve sold to sales teams before.
  • Skilled at handling short / mid sales cycles while maintaining a high close rate.
  • Excited to join early, thrive in a high-growth, early-stage startup, and build from scratch.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a strong builder mindset.
  • Work directly with Dan, co-founder and CEO.

Passion for Sales & AI

  • Deep interest in outbound sales strategies, sales tools, and leveraging AI for growth.

Language

  • Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Location

  • Based in Paris (or willing to relocate).
