Fintech CRO Lead - Data-Driven Growth & Landing Pages

Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a CRO lead to deepen understanding of customer journeys by analyzing web analytics and heatmaps, and to own experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses.

You will build high-impact landing pages with design team, manage tagging and conversion tracking, and monitor CRO performance to turn results into actionable learnings. Proficiency with AB Tasty, Clarity, GTM and fluency in English and French required; experience across multiple European markets is a plus.
