Overview
- You will own and drive monetization performance for several mobile apps, with a strong focus on subscription growth and long-term value.
- Your responsibilities include designing and running A/B tests and product experiments based on hypotheses, business goals and OKRs.
- Drive experimentation not only on onboarding, but across the full user journey (activation, conversion, retention, upsell).
- Continuously optimize key metrics: conversion rate, LTV, ROAS, retention, payback.
- Analyze deep user data (funnels, cohorts, pricing tests, paywalls, features impact).
- Identify friction points and growth opportunities, and translate insights into concrete product actions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product teams, Marketing and Data to align priorities and execution.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal practices (monetization strategy, experimentation process, BI usage, tooling).
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in growth, monetization.
- Strong experience with mobile subscriptions (pricing, paywalls, trials, churn, retention).
- Solid analytical mindset: comfortable with funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, metrics analysis.
- Able to translate data into product and business decisions.
- Strong product thinking: you look beyond surface metrics and understand user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex topics clearly and pragmatically.
- Autonomous, proactive, ownership-driven.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Stripe, Paddle or similar payment providers; exposure to ads monetization; experience in high-scale consumer apps or fast-paced product environments; proven examples of meaningful business impact through experimentation.
