Conversion Rate Optimization Lead
Overview
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their journeys by analyzing user behavior through web analytics tools (GA4), heatmapping tools (Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare), and insights from sales calls.
Own and enrich the experimentation roadmap by crafting clear hypotheses based on behavioral insights, competitive analysis of leading fintech players, and internal data; prioritize tests using a structured framework and manage technical delivery.
Build high-impact landing pages in close collaboration with the design team to create compelling variations, and work with local teams to adapt messaging to each market.
Take ownership of tracking and measurement by managing the tagging plan and ensuring accurate conversion tracking across the funnel.
Monitor CRO performance by analyzing test results and turning them into actionable learnings.
Requirements
- Successful experience as a CRO lead in a top-tier startup with a proven track record of improving conversion through structured experimentation.
- Advanced proficiency with CRO tools (AB Tasty, Clarity, GTM, etc.).
- Deep interest in financial services and enthusiasm for Spiko’s mission.
- Outstanding communication and editorial skills with native-level fluency in English and French.
- Strong autonomy and strategic thinking skills.
- Nice to have experience at a top-tier B2B or B2C fintech company.
- Experience in multiple European markets.
