Job Description

As an international field service engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for field service work (commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, and repair) worldwide. Your duties include providing on-call technical phone support and responding to equipment and customer issues in the field. You will prepare detailed field reports after each installation or technical intervention, which are useful for the entire organization, and support Sales and Project Management. Additionally, you will train customer maintenance and service personnel on-site, as well as TSS Service Engineers.

Qualifications

Candidate ProfileYou are flexible, willing to travel abroad, and meet the following requirements:

• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering
• Working knowledge of basic electrical power circuits and PLC circuits is an advantage
• Knowledge of computer hardware and configurations is a plus
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as C++, C, Java, or Python is a plus
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external colleagues, and management
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or other languages are advantageous
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Willingness to travel abroad at least 80% of the time, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holiday seasons
