Design Rules Manual Engineer

Quobly , a deep tech company based in the Grenoble area, is developing a new generation of silicon-based quantum microprocessors. To support our ambition, we are looking for an Design Rules Manual Engineer

At the boundary of process integration and design, you will play an active role in developing tomorrow’s products by defining the design rules of the technology. To enable the development of optimized and competitive circuits.

• You will work to understand component manufacturing and reliability constraints
• You will optimize circuit layout and design competitiveness with the design team
• You will be directly involved in creating new devices and will also negotiate technology limits with the process and design teams at STMicroelectronics
• Collaborate with talented people, in a culture of transparency and autonomy.
• Work hand in hand with members of our technical teams; process and integration development

Your profile :

• You have knowledge in Unix as well as Basic programming knowledge (tcl, python) is required
• You have a PhD or a master’s degree in industrial area
• You have significant experience with industry-standard DRC software, such as Calibre® or PVS® is a differentiator
• You have excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
• you enjoy working in a team and have effective communication to collaborate with design and verification teams
