We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer for our France market

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop
• Manage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness
• Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work
• Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release
• Conduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building
• Lead the development of after-sales service tools

Requirements

• Electrician experience (electric certificate+ required)
• Strong learning ability and execution, project management background
• Business fluent English and French language skills , Chinese language skills would be considered a big plus
• PCS or DC system experience is preferred,
• Good ability in communicating with the local After Sales team
• Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, can bear hardships
• Idealy BESS industry background or respective experience
