TECEZE is seeking a Field Support Specialist (Freelance / Dispatch) for 12 months to install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software within defined standards. You will coordinate with OEM vendors for parts, perform imaging, inventory, printer management, and VIP AV/conferencing support.
You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, perform IMAC services, and ensure incidents are documented for future knowledge base improvements.
