Onsite IT Support Technician (Field/Backfill)

TECEZE in France is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (backfill or freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activities. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, install and configure hardware/software, perform IMAC activities, and coordinate with vendors for repairs, while maintaining inventory and knowledge base.

You will also support Office 365, AV setups, and VIP end-user support.
